4. Booking and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and have paid the required deposit or full payment.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment is due 30 days before the service date.
• For bookings made within 30 days of the service date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified during the booking process.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 30 days before service date: Full refund minus administrative fee of SGD 50.
• 15-30 days before service date: 50% refund.
• 7-14 days before service date: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days before service date: No refund.

5.2 Cancellation by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative service of equal or greater value or a full refund.

5.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, or pandemics.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included in our service prices unless explicitly stated.

8. Website Use

8.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

8.2 Intellectual Property
